Rúben Amorim set to accept terms to become the new AC Milan manager.
Italian giants AC Milan are on the verge of confirming a major managerial appointment, with Portuguese tactician Rúben Amorim reportedly prepared to accept all conditions discussed with the club hierarchy.

Negotiations have advanced into their final stages, and the 41-year-old coach is understood to be fully aligned with the Rossoneri's sporting project as they look to transition into a new competitive era.

The update was delivered on Sunday by prominent football transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, who revealed that Amorim has officially signaled his willingness to move forward under the terms established during recent high-level talks.

After a highly scrutinized exit from the English Premier League earlier in the year, the former Sporting CP boss views the opportunity to command the dugout at the San Siro as the perfect destination to revitalize his European standing.

“Rúben Amorim, ready to accept all conditions discussed with AC Milan to become the new manager. He wants the job and waiting for final green light from Milan,” Romano’s update read.

The AC Milan boardroom, backed by RedBird capital ownership, has been meticulously auditing several high-profile candidates over the past few weeks to succeed outgoing leadership and recover from a domestic campaign that saw them miss out on Champions League qualification.

While initial shortlists featured various names across Europe's top leagues, Amorim rapidly accelerated to the front of the pack following a series of productive direct meetings.

AC Milan Potential Managerial Terms

Reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport suggest that the sporting department has prepared a structured contract framework to ensure structural stability over the coming seasons.

While the terms have been explicitly agreed upon, the ultimate execution of the contract now relies entirely on the final internal sign-off from Milan’s executive board.

RedBird management is expected to deliver its definitive verdict in the coming days, leaving the new AC Milan manager candidate on temporary standby before the club releases an official press announcement to global media outlets.
