According to the DMO, Nigeria's public debt was N38.005 trillion ($92.626 billion) at the end of Q3 2021.
Between June 30 and September 30, 2021, the overall debt stock increased by N2.540tn.
The $4 billion in Eurobonds issued by the government in September 2021 accounted for the majority of the increase.

This was revealed in a press release headlined "DMO announces total public debt for Q3 2021," which was posted on the DMO's website on Tuesday.
