“You have my full support to crush criminal elements across the country,” Tinubu said. “You assume this responsibility at a defining moment for our nation’s security.”
The president further tasked the new police chief with strengthening internal discipline within the Nigeria Police Force, enhancing inter-agency collaboration, and restoring public confidence in law enforcement.
“I expect you to strengthen discipline, enhance inter-agency collaboration and restore peace,” Tinubu added.
