The documents include details of a November 5 incident where Jackson trespassed into Palmer's home, threatened her, physically assaulted her, and stole her phone. Palmer also cited emotional abuse, harassment, and other instances of violence.
Their relationship ended in October due to the alleged physical and emotional abuse inflicted by Jackson. This comes after months of speculation about their relationship status.
