In a significant development, Chicago State University Registrar Caleb Westberg testified under oath, confirming that President Bola Tinubu attended and graduated from the institution in 1979. 

Westberg provided key details during a deposition conducted by Angela Liu, the legal counsel to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, in Chicago, United States.

Westberg's testimony included the following points:

1. President Tinubu attended the institution as a male student.

2.Tinubu's admission letter to Chicago State University clearly identified him as a male.

3. The university has received numerous inquiries from individuals seeking confirmation of Tinubu's attendance.
