A baby girl born in Rajasthan, Northwestern India, has attracted attention due to her unusual condition of having 14 fingers and 12 toes.
She has seven fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot.
Medical professionals have identified this as a genetic anomaly, but the baby is reported to be otherwise healthy.
Interestingly, the family has embraced her condition, referring to her as the reincarnation of a local deity, Dholagarh Devi, whose temple is nearby.
It's uncertain whether the family plans to have surgery to reduce the number of digits.
