A federal judge in Georgia has ordered a nationwide injunction prohibiting the US government from requiring federal contractors to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Georgia, Alabama, Indiana, Kansas, South Carolina, Utah, and West Virginia, as well as a contractor trade group, filed the complaint.
Several vaccine requirements proposed by the Biden administration have been challenged by the courts for exceeding executive branch jurisdiction.
