The removal of Iwuanyanwu was approved by the Speaker, Paul Emezim, who presided over the plenary.
After a resolution was signed by 18 of the 27 lawmakers, the lawmaker was removed.
This came four months after the Speaker controversially suspended the legislators for "unparliamentary behavior."
The Speaker's suspension, which took place on July 8, caused panic in the plenary, with sporadic gunshots filling the air before his security aides smuggled him out.
