According to a statement issued by LNSA on Friday, the officers used pepper spray, which is not a standard-issue kit for Agency officers.
"The two officers and the Supervising Officers were charged with disreputable conduct as a result of the assault on a member of the public," according to the Agency.
The statement went on to say that the state government is still committed to the safety of people and property in the state.
