Tunde Bakare, the founder of Citadel Global Community Church, has revealed why he tore Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church's book.
Pastor Bakare revealed that he tore the book apart because it was riddled with mistakes. He clarified that the book claiming that anointing oil is not a sign of the Holy Spirit was written incorrectly.
However, the priest, who spoke on TVC's "The Big Talk," said he has no beef with Bishop Oyedepo. Bakare stated that he simply supports the truth.
"There is a distinction to be made between issues and people. " I have nothing personal against any man of God, even Oyedepo, but I will always defend and make clear the truth that I know.
"How can anyone deny that the anointing oil is a sign of the Holy Spirit? It's God's liberation from the bottle. It's fine if only a few people know about it.
"If the Holy Spirit is anointing oil, then Jesus is a lamb on four legs. He said that they are symbols."
