By comrade Nze P.C.
The word strenuous originated
from Italy and was coined from the Latin word strenuus and the word strenuous
was first used in 1599. It has a wide range of synonyms and can be used in
explaining serious situations.
Strenuous simply means to show
or exhibit great energy and effort to accomplish a task. Something strenuous
requires all your effort, speed, force, momentum and strength to get it fixed.
The word strenuous becomes real
and visible when there is a task to be accomplished because it describes
something that was done with lots of energy and force. It also becomes real
when something is very taxing to the utmost or when the power of endurance is
being tested, but, then it is also a life style.
To live a strenuous life,
brings you to two different kinds of personality where you must choose who you
want to become; that is to say one can be negatively or positively strenuous.
You either show great vitality
or great laziness, you either show great capability of intense activities
or show great inability for activity.
You are either a life giver or
murderous, you are either very formidable or very nervous.
The life we are living today is
a strenuous life, you must be tough to sitiuations and ready to cope with the
arduous of life, you must be full of exuberant energy and capacity for
enjoyment. Above all, you must be mentally vigorous.
Life is full of strength, you
must be strenuously strenuous both physical, spiritual and mentally otherwise,
so be strenuous.
