The popular Nigerian streamer opened up about his education during a recent conversation, explaining that although he is not currently in school, he still believes education remains important.
According to Peller, his partner is a graduate, and he hopes that his future children will also earn university degrees. He added that returning to school is still an option for him when the time is right.
Responding to criticism from social media users, Peller said public opinion would not pressure him into making decisions about his education.
He claimed that the university he intended to attend assured him that he would be allowed to continue streaming while attending lectures, but the arrangement never materialized.
“My woman is a graduate, and my future child will also be a graduate. We are all going to be graduates. Time is not too late for me to go back to school. If you think you people’s opinions will make me go back to school, you’re wrong.
The school I paid over ₦2 million to, the university I wanted to attend, whined me. They deceived me by telling me I would be streaming inside the lecture class, but they didn’t allow me to stream.
That was why I didn’t go again. I paid over ₦2 million. Even students attending that school till today have never paid such an amount, but I did.”
Peller did not disclose the name of the university involved or provide additional details about the alleged agreement.
His remarks have since sparked mixed reactions online, with some sympathizing with his experience while others questioned the circumstances surrounding his decision.
