Fresh developments have emerged following the tragic death of Nigerian footballer Victor Akaniyene Udoh, who reportedly died earlier this week in Abuja under suspicious circumstances.
According to reports circulating online, the mother of the late footballer has allegedly ordered the arrest of some of his friends and girlfriend after his sudden death.
Paris-based sports journalist Ojora Babatunde disclosed that the arrests followed suspicions surrounding possible food or alcohol poisoning linked to events before the footballer’s death.
Victor Udoh, who was 21 years old, reportedly became seriously ill after spending time with friends before he was later found unresponsive.
