Judge Orders Release of Bola Tinubu's Academic Records, Denies Stay Request

Judge Nancy Maldonado rules in favor of Atiku, orders Chicago State University to release Bola Tinubu’s academic records, and gives Monday, October 2, 2023, as the deadline. 

Judge Maldonado also noted that any request for the stay of this judgment from Tinubu will be denied.

The Judge issued a brief order on Saturday, giving CSU until Monday, October 2 to give Tinubu's academic records to his Nigerian opponent, Atiku Abubakar.

On Friday, the Judge stated that Nigerians have showed interest in the issue by contacting her with emails inquiring about the status of the case. She went on to say that due of the public interest in the issue, she would make a quick decision.
