According to reports, the settlement includes a one-time tax-free payment of $1,250,000 to Dalton and a share of the net proceeds from the sale of their Los Angeles home. Notably, Dalton will not receive spousal support.
The couple initially filed for divorce three weeks before finalizing it but had been separated since February 20, 2023. Despite their split, they took their time privately working through the divorce details, displaying care and respect for each other throughout the process.
