BREAKING: Court Dismisses LP’s 25% FCT Votes Claim, Says Abuja Like Other States

The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal has dismissed the Labour Party (LP)/Peter Obi's petition challenging the requirement of 25 per cent of votes in two-thirds of the states to win a presidential election. 

The court rejected the claim that FCT residents have special privileges, dismissed forensic analyses reports by LP's witnesses, 

Court also rejected the European Union report on the polls as it was not tendered by an official of the body, and rejected blurred results sheets for lacking specificity.
