"The Federal Government has decided to regulate the number of Social Media Pages aimed at bringing bad reputation to the country, following a report filed by Mr President's Media Aides, Mallam Garba Shehu, Femi Adesina, and Lauretta Onochie, based on the ongoing media propaganda being propelled by the proscribed terrorist group IPOB.
"The Aso Villa's media seminar also provided us with the required procedures to adopt in order to bring sanity to our media forum.
"IPOB propagandists have done more harm than good in this country by spreading lies and deception on the internet on a regular basis.
"It was the same IPOB who forced Twitter to remove Mr. President's address, and if this continues, Nigeria would quickly become a lawless country.
"I applaud Mr. President's Media Aides Mallam Garba Shehu, Femi Adesina, and Lauretta Onochie for coming up with such a brilliant idea.
