On Saturday, Farida Fasasi, the late Nigerian musician Olanrewaju Fasasi, also known as Sound Sultan, celebrated the music legend's posthumous birthday.
She released a video of her husband at various phases of his life on her Instagram page. Farida expressed her longing for her late husband in her caption.
"Olanrewaju Fasasi 'Oko Farida' (Farida's husband)," she wrote.
"I miss your mischievous gap-toothed grin." Your quips are sorely missed. I miss hearing guitar strings when I wake up. I miss our internal jokes even more.
"Today is your birthday. I'll always be grateful for what you've done for me. "Forever and always, I love you."

Farida had also remembered her husband on what would have been their 12th wedding anniversary on October 1, 2021.
