Ike Onyema, a reality TV star, has spoken out about why his relationship with Big Brother Naija season 4 winner Mercy Eke ended.
The ex-lovers met on the fourth season of #BBNaija in 2019 and dated for over a year before calling it quits earlier this year.
Ike stated in an interview with Vanguardlive TV, "I've been in a few relationships, but this one (with Mercy) wasn't for me; being in a relationship where everyone has a million different opinions isn't for me.
"I'd like to date a woman who is intelligent, self-sufficient, and not overly concerned with social media.
"When it comes to relationships, I believe social media contributes to a lot of negative energy."
