Grealish has accepted after official talks opened between clubs as revealed here last week.
Paperworks now signed between Man City and Aston Villa for Jack Grealish.
Grealish will undergo his medical on Thursday in Manchester and will break the record as most paid player in Premier League history.
Man City will pay £100m final fee to Aston Villa, contract also signed until June 2026.
Aston Villa have already spent money on Emi Buendia, Leon Bailey and Danny Ings, next one will be Axel Tuanzebe from Man Utd on loan.
