A leaked divorce document exposes the couple's marital condition.
Anita Okoye just filed for divorce and is waiting for her now estranged husband Paul Okoye (Rudeboy) to answer positively so they can forward with the divorce procedures, according to the divorce papers.
The couple were said to be experiencing marital problems some time ago, and Rudeboy was even accused of domestic abuse, which was one of the reasons why she and her children relocated to the United States.
The pair, on the other hand, disputed such claims of marital problems when they celebrated their wedding anniversary, but it appears that the cat is now out of the bag, as Anita has allegedly filed for divorce.
The letter also serves as notice to Paul Okoye that his wife has begun the process of obtaining a formal divorce from him, according to the document.
"NOTICE OF PETITION TO PAUL NONSO OKOYE,
TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been presented to the above named court by Anita Tonye Okoye …. instituting proceedings for a Decree of Dissolution of marriage"
