Google has added a "Crypto" tab to their finance page. #BitcoinArchive# 

Google Finance has added a dedicated crypto tab. According to report, this addition to Google’s platform reflects Google Trends, which shows a significant increase in the number of users searching ‘crypto’. 

This new feature highlights that the search engine giant has realised crypto’s increasing mainstream presence. 

Right at the top of the page, where users can "compare markets," crypto is listed among the five default markets, which also includes U.S., Europe, Asia and Currencies. 

The crypto section provides real-time pricing and key historical data for various crypto’s, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash. 

At the moment, the new feature only tracks a limited number of cryptos, however, it is likely that more coins will be added to the platform over the coming months. 

Over the past year, the crypto market has attracted many large scale institutional investors, reaching deep into their pockets, including the likes of MicroStrategy and Tesla. 

Crypto is slowly but surely gaining mainstream adoption. 2021 is going to be an exciting year.
