His death was confirmed on Wednesday morning by a leading member of his People’s Redemption Party (PRP), Senator Shehu Sani.
During his time, Musa, a left-wing politician, was elected Governor of Kaduna during the Second Republic.
He held office from October 1979 until he was impeached on 23 June, 1981.
