The attacker is now in serious depression after he caught his wife cheating.
Ilicic returned to his home country Slovenia only to find his wife cheating with another man, since then he has been depressed and struggling to live a sane life.
Meanwhile, the Italian club, Atalanta has given him chance to go back home till he recovers from depression.
Josip Ilicic has not featured in Atalanta’s last 5 games since the incident.
Ilicic will be absent when Atalanta will play against PSG in the Quarterfinals of the Uefa Champions League on August 12.
