INEC issue Certificate of Return to Imo state governor-elect, Hope Uzodinma (Photo)
On Wednesday Jan 15th, the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has issued Imo state governor elect, Hope Uzodinma, his Certificate of Return.
The certificate came 24 hours after the Supreme Court sacked the election of Emeka Ihedioha as the governor of the state.
