former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili angry about the detention of protesting IPOB women in Imo

Over 300 women in Imo state who are members of the IPOB group, were arrested Last week for protesting and demanding the release of their leader, Nnamdi Kanu. The women have been in police detention since their arrest and are to be held in detention till September 3rd.

The former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili on his tweets, says this is an injustice and has called on the state and Federal government to ensure the immediate release of the women.
