Real estate mogul and billionaire King Ochacho has gifted social media personalities Peller and Jarvis a ₦400 million mansion in Life Camp, Abuja, as a wedding present.

Making the announcement during the wedding celebration, King Ochacho explained that he and his family travelled from Abuja specifically to honour the couple, describing Peller as an inspiration to the younger generation.

According to the businessman, the decision to present the luxury property was inspired by a conversation with his children, who believed the newlyweds deserved a home close to the prestigious Palace 7 area in Abuja.

He revealed that after discussing the idea with his family, they concluded that Peller and Jarvis deserved a mansion despite the high value of properties in the area.

Addressing the couple, King Ochacho said:

“My family and I left everything we were doing in Abuja to come through for Peller because he is an inspiration to this generation. So, because of that, I sat down with my children and asked them, ‘What can we do for Peller?’

“They said, ‘Daddy, we want Peller to be staying close to Palace 7.’ They wanted him to live around that area, and I said, ‘Wow, the houses close to Palace 7 cost no less than ₦400 million. So, what do we do?’

“They said, ‘Dad, Peller and Jarvis deserve a mansion.’ So, Peller, on behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house to you worth ₦400 million in Life Camp, Abuja.”

The announcement was greeted with loud cheers from guests, while videos of the presentation quickly circulated across social media platforms, attracting widespread reactions from fans and well-wishers.

The ₦400 million mansion gift has become one of the biggest highlights of Peller and Jarvis’ wedding, with many social media users praising King Ochacho’s generosity and congratulating the couple on the remarkable wedding present.
