Cry-a-thon: Man Goes Blind While Attempting To Break Guinness World Record

According to reports, Tembu Ebere, a man from Nigeria, has reportedly lost his sight while trying to break a Guinness World Record for continuous crying for seven days. 

In an interview with the British Broadcasting Corporation, Ebere stated that he went partially blind for around 45 minutes while undertaking the challenge. 

He went on to explain that he experienced several health problems, including headaches, a swollen face, and puffy eyes, with the ultimate outcome being blindness. 

Ebere aspires to join other Nigerians such as Hilda Baci, who have been celebrated for their outstanding Guinness World Record achievements. 

Despite not yet applying to GWR, Ebere plans to continue his pursuit of the record, albeit with a different strategy and reduced wailing.
