The ECOWAS High Level Mission is in Conakry and is led by HE Mrs. Shirley Ayorkor Botchway, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ghana and President of the ECOWAS Council of Ministers.
The mission also includes HE Jean Claude Kassi Brou, President of the ECOWAS Commission, HE Alpha Barry, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Burkina Faso, and HE Professor Robert Dussey, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Togo.
This is a fact-finding mission to assess the situation in Guinea following the last Sunday coup.
