Thugs who stole car captured after being Track by Car Tracker (video)

Thugs where captured by Army on Thrusday 01 July after they stole a Car brought it to another location (Ughelli) in Delta State. 

According to an Eyewitness, "It happened this Morning in Ughelli as this young guys drove and packed the car (Name of the Car unknow to us) not knowing that the car had tracker."

He added that, "The millitray men tracked it to the exact place it was packed and they caught them. 

"Two of them were close to the car, one of them try to escape angry mobs caught him trying to burn them alive before Nigerian Police men came and took them. "
