DJ Cuppy terminates Lawsuit against Isreal Afeare

 

Billionaire daughter Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola aka DJ Cuppy, for the record has terminated the lawsuit filed against Isreal Afeare.

According to her tweet, "Following the public apology of Isreal Afeare, I have decided to no longer proceed with the lawsuit and have instructed my lawyers accordingly.

"As social media users, I hope we can all learn from this, and ensure that we have valid facts before we speak on matters."

Recall that Israel Afeare Davido personal logistics manager, popularly known as Israel DMW apologize for the allegations he made about DJ Cuppy after she revealed Zlatan had blocked her on all platforms. 

He went on his knees to beg for forgiveness after alleging DJ Cuppy didn't pay Zlatan "ordinary one kobo" after their Gelato collabo.

It all started when DJ Cuppy took to Twitter to reveal that Zlatan had blocked her on all platforms 10 months after they released Gelato. 

Zlatan later Responded during an interview by claiming he doesn't know who Cuppy is, despite releasing a song with her. 

Not until Israel Afeara took to his Instagram stories to claim Zlatan never made "ordinary one kobo" from the collaboration.

Now Cuppy responded by filling a lawsuit against Israel.. "For the record... There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers... However, as @IsrealDMW publicly inaccurately declared I owe an artist money, I am suing him for libel and defamation!"
