He died in Lagos on Saturday, December 26.
Late Ubong King was born 22 August 1972 was a Business consultant, Security expert and Motivational speaker.
He was also the president of the Ubong King Foundation, a non-profit, non-governmental organisation targeted at training young people towards leadership.
He is survived by his wife, Unyime Ivy-King, and four children.
