The reason why human behavior differ from one person to the other according to Psychologists.

C H O L E R I C

1.  They are naturally proud.
2.  They are very extrovert.
3.  They are domineering.
4.  They love to lead and direct affairs.
5.  They mostly seek to be in control of situations.
6.  They always want to be on top and be seen.
7.  They exhibit high level of resilience.
8.  They usually do not relent, until they've succeeded.
9.  They are easily angered.
10.  They are hot tempered.
11.  They are irascible.
12.  Choleric are alphas of our species.

M E L A N C H O L Y

1.  They are undoubtedly gloomy of mind ( especially when an situation becomes habitual or prolonged).
2.  They are perfectionists. 
3.  They are also idealist, who want things to be done in certain way ( therefore, they do not vouch for mediocrity).
4.  They only appreciate excellent performance.
5.  They are generally finicky.
6.  They hold themselves and others to unrealistically high standards.
7.  They enjoy individual studies or learning than group learning.
8.  They delight in breaking & setting new records.
9.  They are generally bookworms.
10.  They easily get distressed when expectations or standards are not met.
11.  They are generally neat, organized and focused.
12.  Melancholia does not easily share because he/she believe you can't handle it the way he/she wants it 

P H L E G M A T I C

1.  They are generally meek, submissive and introverts.
2.  They live to please others (epitome of eye service).
3.  They are also workaholics.
4.  They do not act as if they are better than others.
5.  They are eager to please others rather than asserting their own desires.
6.  They are not easily excited to actions or display of emotion, apathetic, sluggish etc.
7.  They are extremely slow - pace and stubborn.
8.  They go through life doing as little as possible, quietly and expending little energy.
9.  They are very emotional, yet, able to accommodate or tolerate everyone.
10.  They are not daring due to unnecessary apprehensions.
11.  They are easily persuaded.
12.  They are able to endure pressure or hardship.
13.  They are not sex fun and can survive for long without sex.
14.  They are mostly vulnerable to social vices.
15.  Phlegmatic mostly performs abysmal in leadership positions.

S A N G U I N E

1.  They are easily noted by their cheerful mood.
2.  They are very optimistic, hopeful & confident.
3.  They are boisterous, bubbly, chatty & openly emotional.
4.  They are socially extroverts.
5.  They easily forgive and let go.
6.  They love to comment on whatever they see/hear.
7.  They find social interactions with faces both familiar and unfamiliar.
8.  They have mastery over emotional tendencies.
9. They do not intentionally plan to learn, yet, they are able to grasp information just by audio or visual.
10.  They are often disorganized and faulted in their discretion.
11.  Sanguine easily commit unpardonable mistakes (cheating in relationship).

These characteristics differentiate you from the rest, making you distinct.

It must also be noted, that one person can exhibit all the four categories, however, one of them would dominate or be profound

None of these four temperamental traits is EVIL, you only have to know yourself and manage it by submitting your WILL to the dictates of the Holy Spirit
