Harry Kane broke the Bundesliga record for the fastest player to score 100 goals in the competition as Bayern Munich defeated Union Berlin 7-0 on Friday, September 18, 2026.
Kane reached the landmark in just 98 Bundesliga appearances, surpassing the previous record held by Dieter Müller, who needed 129 games.
The England captain scored Bayern’s second goal from the penalty spot in the 39th minute after Michael Olise was brought down inside the Union Berlin penalty area. The goal was Kane’s 100th Bundesliga strike and established a new league record.
Kane then added his second goal of the night in the 54th minute, heading in an excellent cross from Olise to take his Bundesliga tally to 101 goals.
