The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has suspended the collation of results in Kogi State.
The commission suspended the procedure at 8pm after solicitation from specialists of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
The returning official for the political race, Prof Ibrahim Garba, declared the suspension of the collation procedure after the declaration of result from Dekina Local Government Area.
He declared that the gathering of results has been deferred till Monday at 9am because of nonappearance of two collation officials from Ibaji and Lokoja.
