Lil Tony, whose real name is Antonio Davenport, has reportedly been arrested and charged in the murder of a nine-year-old who was in the car with his family on the way to get snow cones.
Lil Tony 24, was charged yesterday morning in the murder of Z'Yon Person, who was with his family on the night of August 18 shooting in Durham, North Carolina.
He was officially charged with first-degree murder, felony conspiracy to commit murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious bodily injury, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, five counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied property causing serious injury and three counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle/residence.
