The Federal High Court, sitting in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on Monday, summoned founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Biodun Fatoyinbo and Mrs. Busola Dakolo, wife of popular musician, Timi Dakolo, to appear before it within 14 days.
Recall that Busola Dakolo accused the cleric of raping her when she was still very young. Fatoyinbo had since reacted to the reports, denying ever raping the woman.
The case has since lingered and several other claims being made by both parties. Details later…
