A 200 level student identify as Ugbe Dominic in Guidance and Counseling faculty of Education in Cross River State Univeristy of Technology (CRUTECH) was drowned in a pool at a hotel in Calabar.
Ugbe Dominic Popularly known as Paperboi Ugbe, was drowned on the 1oth of May, 2019, during a pool party organized by his faculty, which took place at Jacaranda Hotel and suites, Calabar.
May his soul rest in perfect peace. Amen
