According to reports, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has declined an offer from the United States to assist him in his evacuation.
The president, according to a senior American intelligence officer with firsthand knowledge of the exchange, said "the combat is here" and that he required anti-tank weaponry, not a ride.
