Anita Okoye, Paul Okoye's estranged wife, has ordered that he pay her $15,000 (N7.8 million) every month in spousal maintenance.
This is one of the claims she made in the Abuja High Court petition she filed.
Recall that Strenuous Blog had reported Anita Okoye had files for divorce from singer, Paul Okoye the Husband but Paul Okoye's Lawyer Barrister Somadina Eugene Okorie denied the claims says he doesn't believe Anita Isama-Okoye has filed for divorce, read here.
But Part of the paperwork stated, "Payment of a monthly maintenance sum of $15,000.00 (US Dollars) for the general welfare, education, and health of the three children of the union who are currently enrolled in schools in the United States of America until they are of age."
In the legal document, she also advised her now-estranged husband to file a challenge to the petition if he was dissatisfied.
Anita ignited divorce rumors in April when it was revealed that she had moved to the United States with their three children.
