Residence in Aba, Abia state has been in total confusion amid coronavirus as banks were shut today.
The lockdown which will commence tomorrow April 1st, according to the governor of the State, has put so many residences in panic.
According to a resident, many banks were shut down while the lockdown has not yet started.
"I have been in this queue since 8am standing just to deposits my money, still nothing has happened.
He said he have gone to another banks all was totally shut down.
"God help us, is this how we are going to survive? Transportation very high, now you cannot deposit your own money, he laments".
